Confidentiality & Privacy
We understand that reaching out for help—especially around operations, finances, marketing changes, or sale-readiness—can be sensitive. Privacy matters, and protecting your business (and your people) is part of how we work.
Your outreach and conversations with us are confidential. We won’t share your information, your situation, or even the fact that you contacted us with your expressed permission.
We also know that when employees sense “something is happening,” it can create anxiety, rumors, job unsteadiness and distraction. If discretion is important, we get it and we will meet you on your terms and in the way that keeps you and your team comfortable.
That can mean:
-
Meeting off-site or after hours
-
Virtual calls instead of on-site visits
-
Being introduced as a new vendor sales rep (or not being introduced at all)
-
Use of your personal cell phones or emails to communicate
-
Keeping our work limited to owners/leadership until you decide otherwise
And no—we won’t show up in a suit and tie (unless it fits your culture) and make your business or employees feel like it’s under review. We fit into your environment, keep things practical, and stay focused on helping you move forward without unnecessary disruption.
If you have specific confidentiality needs, contact us—we will always accommodate.
