About Worcester Solutions Group
Worcester Solutions Group is dedicated to helping small business owners across New England improve performance, increase profits, and build a stronger company for long-term growth or an eventual sale. We provide hands-on advisory services—not traditional consulting.
That means we don’t show up, deliver recommendations, and disappear. We work alongside you and your team to implement strategies and complete the hard work that improves your internet presence, marketing, operations, and financial stability. And we do it with a clear priority: measurable progress that shows up in your results—not just your plans.

Built From the Inside: Andrew’s Operator Experience
Our approach is rooted in real experience. Andrew Worcester took over as a second-generation owner and operated a Maine based company called Poolweb, a business where results depended on getting the fundamentals right—every day. He knows what it’s like to be responsible for payroll, customer satisfaction, vendor relationships, and the constant pressure to generate sales and manage cash flow. When Andrew stepped into the Owner/Operator role, he didn’t aim to “keep things the same”—he set out to strengthen the company with a long-term plan: modernize operations, build scalable systems, and create a business that could grow without relying on more staff or more chaos.
The Reality of Family-Business Transition
Andrew didn’t simply inherit the business—he went though the challenges of purchasing the business from family. That experience gave him a front-row seat to the realities of family-business transitions: balancing respect for what was built with the need to make changes, earning trust as the new decision-maker, and managing the pressure that comes with taking on real personal financial risk. He understands how complicated it can be when the business is tied to family relationships, legacy expectations, and long-standing ways of operating—while still needing to modernize, improve performance, and keep everyone aligned. He also learned how to make change stick—by building buy-in, setting clear expectations, and backing every improvement with simple processes people can actually follow.
Scaling Through Systems, Not Staffing
He’s been through the practical challenges that come with small business ownership: improving processes, dealing with HR issues, navigating financial setbacks, and making tough decisions when the market shifts and seasonal volatility. As a second-generation family business operator, Andrew also understands what it takes to grow a company over time, protect what’s been built, and adapt when the business needs to pivot. At Poolweb, that meant turning a “founder-style” operation into a more disciplined machine—writing policies and procedures, investing in equipment and capacity, strengthening e-commerce systems, and improving efficiency through automation so growth didn’t require a matching increase in headcount and financial investment.
Experience That Holds Up Under Due Diligence
That journey didn’t end with theory—it went all the way through the acquisition process and the successful sale of the company. Going through due diligence, buyer scrutiny, operational transfer, and the realities of what buyers value shaped how we help clients today: focus on the fundamentals, prioritize what matters most, and execute. Now Andrew brings that same operator playbook to clients—helping owners identify what to fix first, implement practical improvements, and build a business that runs stronger with less daily strain.
Our Mission
Whether you simply want to run a healthier, more profitable business—or you’re preparing to position your company for sale, acquisition or handing off to the next generation—our mission is the same: deliver measurable improvements and leave you with a business that’s stronger than when we arrived. Our goal isn’t to make you “busier”—it’s to help you build stability, momentum, and real options for the future.
No Fluff
No binders. No fluff. No Powerpoints. Just real work, done together, that moves profit and value. And when we leave, you keep the systems—not the dependency.
