Business Lifeline Program

Every Business Has Value - Every Owner Deserves a Real Chance.

There are thousands of businesses that are genuinely worth saving — businesses built with grit, passion, and real sacrifice. But when the numbers tighten and the stress mounts, it's nearly impossible to think clearly about the right next move.

You're too close to it. You're too tired. And the consultants you really need? You can't afford them — because if you could, you might not need them.

Every business that keeps its doors open is someone's livelihood, someone's family, someone's identity, and someone's legacy.

That's worth a serious effort to protect.

Every Business Is Worth Fighting For.

Sometimes you get stuck in a rut and don't know what to do next. That's not failure — it's exactly when a clear set of outside eyes can change everything. We're offering one free engagement per year to businesses that needs it most.

The Lifeline Program exists because we believe that sometimes what a business needs most isn't more capital — it's a clear view of what to fix first, the confidence to act, and a partner standing beside them while they do it.

Who the Lifeline Program Is For

All businesses go through hard stretches. But this program is designed for owners who are past the rough patch and into something more serious — where the numbers have been telling a difficult story for a while, and the path forward isn't clear. To be considered, your business should reflect most of the following:

Financial Indicators

  • Revenue has been flat or declining for 5 or more consecutive months, or is down more than 15% year over year

  • Net profit margin is below 5% — or the business is operating at a loss

  • Owner's compensation has been reduced, deferred, or eliminated in the past 6 months to keep the business afloat

  • Cash on hand covers less than 60 days of operating expenses

  • The business is unable to comfortably absorb a advisory expense without creating additional strain

Business Health Indicators

  • Customer acquisition has stalled or reversed — you're losing clients faster than you're gaining them

  • You've had to defer vendor payments, negotiate with creditors, or rely on personal funds to cover business expenses

  • Profit margins have eroded even while revenue stayed the same — you're working just as hard for less

  • You don't have a clear picture of your break-even point, gross margin, or which products or services are actually making you money

What We're Not Looking For

This program isn't for businesses in their first year, those with no revenue history, or owners who haven't yet taken the basic steps of tracking income and expenses. It's also not the right fit for businesses facing legal proceedings, active bankruptcy, or situations that require a lawyer or accountant first and foremost. We want to work with businesses that have real bones — a customer base, a product or service people actually want, and an owner who is ready to roll up their sleeves.

The Honest Truth

The Lifeline Program isn't charity — and it isn't for everyone. It's for the business that has something worth saving and an owner who just needs the right set of eyes, the right questions asked, and a clear, honest plan for what to fix first. If that's you, we want to hear from you.

Next steps...

If any of this sounds familiar, just reach out. You don't need a polished pitch or a perfect set of financials — you just need to be willing to have an honest conversation. We'll take it from there.

At the end of the day, the hardest part is usually just deciding to ask for help. We've made that part easy — just reach out. No gatekeepers, no intake forms, no sales pitch. Just a real conversation with someone who genuinely wants to see your business come out the other side stronger.
